Disqualification: 
The league administrator reserves the right to disqualify any players who:
(1) Violates the standards of good conduct, abuse of cancellation policy, fair play and/or good sportsmanship. 
(2) Any player found submitting a fake score will be banned.
(3) Misuse of players contact information (e-mails, phone numbers, etc.)

(4) Violates the three-strike policies.

Canceling Scheduled Match:
Players must notify their opponent by phone call, text message, or e-mail at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time if they need to cancel a match. It is the participant's responsibility to cancel their own matches. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a forfeiture of the match by the player who cancels.  Multiple no-shows and/or late cancellations may result in the offending player being removed from the league.

Withdrawals, Disqualification, or Frewer than 10 Players:
If a player needs to withdraw from the league due to injury or time constraints, they must inform the administrator of their withdrawal. The player will either be removed from the league's website or marked as 'Not Available,' indicating that they are 'Out for the Season.' If enrollment is fewer than 10 players, then those players will be automatically re-enrolled at no cost for the next season. There will be NO REFUNDS.
